I may very well be missing it in full view but are there any geographical restrictions regarding entry for the drawer?
Are Brazilian citizens, living in Brazil, eligible for this raffle?
Dear Sir / Madam of BMF,
It states that :-
“SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected at random and announced via e-mail on January 6, 2014”.
But i thought there was only ONE MiniMoog for auction ??
What does this mean please :-
“AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY AND LIABILITY / PUBLICITY RELEASE OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER: The Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release in order to claim their prize.”
THANKS a lot guys ……….
Paul David Seaman (United Kingdom)
Hi Paul!
Indeed, the rules should say “winner” (we will correct that immediately). You are correct. There is only on Minimoog Model D being raffled.
Regarding the affidavit, it is simply a form that acknowledges that the BMF is not liable for the instrument in any way after it is transferred to the winner’s possession, and that the BMF has the right to publicize the winner.
We hope this answers your question. Please feel free to contact us at info@www.moogfoundation.org.php72-35.phx1-1.websitetestlink.com with any other questions.

No restrictions — open internationally. Please see our rules and regulations here: https://moogfoundation.org/minimoog-raffle-rules/
That being said, we have experienced shipping problems to Brazil in the past. If the winner is from Brazil, they will have to pay for UPS or FedEx delivery, so that we can ensure the instrument’s arrival.
Is there a way to enter/pay non-electronically? (I live in Asheville.)
Is there a non-electronic way to purchase entries? (I live in Asheville).

Just wondering… I entered the raffle back on November 25, 2013, and purchased my ticket online. I haven’t received anything in the mail and wanted to know…Do we actually receive a “Raffle Ticket” in the mail, to hold till the drawing, or are the participant’s names just entered into a database… Thank you
If a winner lives in close proximity to the foundation offices, can they pick up the moog as opposed to it being shipped?
Yes, of course! We would love for the winner to pick up the Minimoog if possible. Good luck!
